I've been playing around with 3D a bit in my free timeand I finally finished something! Star Wars is coming out this week and I just saw an episode of Star Wars: Rebels and I was totally inspired by the lightsaber/gun in that episode, so I decided to do my own. The process sketches for this was once are a little boring, but I was surprised how many small details changed in 3D between sketch and finish. Just got to find that balance between 3D and 2D. Modeled and lit in Maya.
